Shipping policy
Shipping is free on all orders above 999/- We ship all products Monday to Saturday. If you place an order before 1 pm, we try to dispatch the product same day, subject to availability. In case of free shipping, we will ship through whichever shipping carrier that offers the cheapest ground 5 to 7 days delivery option. To ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier company with utmost safe packing. Once we dispatch the items, the courier company will be liable for all delivery arrangements and we cannot be hold responsible for the missing/damaged or undelivered item/parcel. We deliver our products to almost all the pincodes in India. If you believe that you are living in a very remote or rural area, please get in touch with us and share your address and pin code. Having said that, you will receive a tracking id with which you will be able to track your order.
Return policy
We offer 14 days return policy on some products. Your item is only eligible to return only if there is any manufacturing defect in the item. In most cases your item is eligible for replacement within 14 days. If you are eligible for a return, you have to bear the shipping cost on both sides. Even if you had a fixed or free shipping, you have to bear the actual cost of shipping the product. If there is any manufacturing defect in the product, Teleten will bear the cost one side. The items should be in mint condition and unused, only then it is eligible for a return. Please expect to receive the refund within four weeks of shipping the return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In case if you like to return the cable, there will be a fixed deduction of 300/- as a cost of connector because once a connector is punched, it has to be cut to use the wire again and the connector goes to waste. Other brand products like TP Link, Tenda, Netgear etc are not eligible for return. They are only eligible for replacement. Their warranty is also to be claimed by the concerned companies. Eligibility criteria for replacement. You receive a faulty/defective/physically damaged product (Dead on Arrival) and report the issue toTeleten within 48 hours from the date of delivery. You receive a product with different specifications from what you read on the website and report the issue to Teleten within 7 days from the date of delivery. Warranty is valid on certain products, if it is exclusively mentioned.
