This collinear antenna uses a vertical stack of radiating elements carefully phased to produce an omnidirectional horizontal pattern with a narrow elevation beamwidth. The result is a higher effective range along the horizon — useful when you need greater coverage distance without adding significant vertical lobes that waste power.
The outer shell is molded from high-strength fiberglass that resists UV degradation and moisture ingress. Internally, corrosion-resistant materials and sealed RF joints maintain stable electrical performance over years of outdoor exposure. The antenna’s connector and mount hardware are isolated and gasketed for additional protection against rain and condensation.
Because of its 9 dBi gain, the antenna provides improved link budgets compared to standard 2–5 dBi omnidirectional antennas while retaining true 360° coverage. This makes it an excellent choice for single-site coverage where a clear horizon exists (towers, rooftops, tall masts) or for vehicular installations requiring high horizontal reach.
